Great product
Works extremely well have made several repairs so far with this locator

Does not work as advertised.
I would not recommend this product. It is extremely low quality. Maybe I got a bad one but not taking my chances on that brand again. Very disappointed waited a week for it and now can't do what I planned on because its not any good.

Had my doubts
This worked surprisingly well - was trenching for powering a shed and located the main feed to the house. The directions worked well. Flagged the main line and didn't have any problems trenching the new one. I think it was pretty close to accuracy the main line.

It works well to find wires, but don't expect it to "locate" them precisely
If you are uncertain which general direction a wire goes, this is your friend. If you want to know exactly where an underground wire is in order to know where it is safe to dig, you probably are going to need to spend 10 times as much on a professional locator.

It works
Not for super deep, but has already helped me on 3 jobs in one week. For the price it’s needed as a handyman or parking pot light guy.

Some kind works, but not clear
Was not able to find where my sprinkler valve wires go underground, can’t say it doesn’t work at all, definitely it identifies some signal, but it s very sensitive and doesn’t give you clear understanding of what it shows.

Couldn’t find a break in buried cable.
I followed the instructions (which could have been better) to find a buried cable, but was unable to trace the cable. I sent it back.
