This book has lots of information. Only thing I wish it came with was tabs.

All the pages are included, they're just a tad out of order and upside down :)

Why do yall charge so much and do not have the tabs included with the book? I also called Optum with no assistance and still do not know where to purchase the tabs.

Bought this book for work. Some of the pages were not in the coil & were folded. For the price we pay, the quality could be better.
