Good quality
Fit perfectly on my Toro 22" Recycler mowers with 163CC Briggs & Stratton engines. Mowers started 1st pull, run well. I didn't need to gap the plugs.This engine does not have a gas filter. Nice they include a air pre-filter, helps with my dusty summer mowing.

Tune up kit
The air filter with the double filtration system is a perfect fit and the tune up kit had both of the two different spark plugs that will work with this engine.

Don't try to wash or even get these filters wet and you should be good to go.
Filters are a kind of soft paper; but, these filters come with a filter band that helps the actul filter clean. Only 4 stars because if these filters get wet they fall apart easily and parts of the wetted filter could get sucked into the carburetor. Other then that - satisfied. Thanks for the filter cover option!
