After long runs, my legs usually feel tight, but the harder roller really gets into those sore spots, especially in my calves and hamstrings. It’s become part of my cool-down after every workout.I also love the softer roller for days when I just need to loosen up my muscles without too much pressure. The balls are fantastic for smaller areas, like my feet and shoulders. After a long day sitting at my desk, rolling the ball under my feet feels like a mini massage.One of the best things is how portable the whole set is. It’s easy to carry to the gym, and I even took it with me on a weekend trip. It’s been a great way to relieve tension after long car rides. If you’re looking for an affordable way to help with muscle recovery and soreness, this foam roller set does the job. It’s also nice to have different options depending on how my body feels each day.

This set arrived in it's own storage bag with a drawstring fastening.It contains four items in all - a hard roller, into which a soft roller slots and two balls, one smooth and one spiky.I've mostly been using the balls so far, to relieve joint pain in my hands and feet, and have found them very effective.The larger rolls need a degree of flexibility to be able to use them and I was pleased to see a guide inside which gave visual instructions on how to use these.Each element seems really sturdy, well made and able to cope with hard usage. Judging by the effect of the balls I'm looking forward to utilising the rollers - with colder weather on the horizon I'll be exercising more indoors and doing more weight training, so these should come into their own soon!At £24.99, at time of review, I think they're pretty good value since they offer a full body solution for muscle stress/pain relief.

Solid build, good value

I ordered this based on the description - my husband has neck and shoulder problems. I thought it would be good for him. We tried using them, but they’re no good if you’re not flexible. In fact they did more harm than good. When I looked into it and did a bit of research, these are probably better for sports massages on the legs etc. Also comes with 2 different reflexology balls for your feet, these are just uncomfortable to use.

I can easily keep everything organised. I was a bit disappointed with the leaflet; the pictures were quite small, making it hard to see how to use each piece properly.All in all, I think this foam roller set is a wonderful investment for anyone looking to relieve muscle tightness and improve flexibility. It's cost-effective, although a clearer guide would have been appreciated. Still, I'm thrilled to have this set in my wellness arsenal!
