I have used this product for several dozen training runs, a 70.5 mile trail run, and a 12 hour trail run. It worked perfectly to keep my cell phone and supplies. While, I have several (my wife says too many) running vests, This waist belt is much cooler during the East Coast heat. It doesn’t bounce. It is sturdy. It may be my favorite item to carry supplies, while running.

Does not squeeze your stomach and easy to adjust on the run. Like you can remove your phone while running without having to open a zipper.
