I like to use lithium orotate for mood and brain support on and off when I feel like I want or "need" it. My favorite thing about this one is that it is only 5mg so I can decide how much or how many I want at once, and/or throughout the day. It is a fantastic value at the price given the amount of product provided. I'm giving it four stars because of the fillers.

Helps my husband become more normal! We buy the 20mg and the 5mg because he takes between 25mg and 30mg a day, depending on the full moon. Yes, lol, the full moon. I never would have believed it makes a difference in his mood swings until witnessing it firsthand.

Took for 3 days and developed a headache and higher blood pressure that only resolved a few days after discontinuing. It also increased my frequency of urination and took away my appetite while using it, while negatively affecting motivation.
