good replacement
Over the years I had lost some parts for my KA extruder and this seems to be a good replacement. The steel dies look sturdy and I will be trying them out next week.

Nice pasta extruding disks.
These work well. They attach solidly with stainless steel. I had no problems using or cleaning them.

Good quality
They fit the kitchen aid or the wiselet pasta extruder so they are pretty versatile. Good quality. You do have to wash the plastic by hand which is a little bit of a bummer if you don't want the hassle of cleanup but the steel piece can go in the dishwasher so that's nice but I ended up washing both by hand just because I was already washing one piece so might as well just get them both clean and be done.

Includes stainless steel caps; high quality
I inherited a kitchen aid stand and a meat grinder. I know that the older versions of the pasta makers were compatible with kitchen aid meat grinders so TBH I was hoping that these would fit with the meat grinder and I would not have to buy a separate pasta dispenser. Alas, these rings don’t fit the old meat grinder! They’d need to have two little wings to fit in some grooves, and these don’t.But they do fit the generic pasta dispenser that I subsequently bought. Interestingly; the plastic pasta molds that came with that generic kit do have the small wings that would fit with the meat grinder, but that kit comes with the dispenser anyway.I think these are higher quality than the molds that came with the generic kit. You can see a comparison of the two in these pictures— the ones on top are from the kit and the ones on the bottom are from this company. These rings are a combination of stainless steel and plastic and can be taken off to clean.Perhaps because of this, these fit a little differently and hang a smidge lower than the plastic rings. That means that the stainless steel slicer cuts a little closer to the ring and I think makes a cleaner cut than the other ones — so I actually think these rings work a little better than the ones with the kit. This comes with two fewer rings than the generic kit, though.Another thing I appreciate about these is that they come with a really nice storage container (nicer than the kit). The rings fit nicely into slots and then stay there, so it feels more secure.

Reasonable replacements for most
These discs are reasonable replacements for most of the discs that came with my Kitchenaid pasta press. The discs work, but they are not perfect. The materials seem good and they fit into the press, producing good noodles. However, they are not exact replacements and I wonder about the manufacturing tolerances. They are not exact replacements because the Kitchenaid discs have on the tops of their plastic sides some fittings that go into indents in the extruder that prevent the discs from rotating when pasta is coming out. The Wiselet discs are held in only by friction. This has not been a problem for me yet, but it does mean that the screw fitting holding the Wiselet discs onto the extruder must be fastened tighter than it is when using Kitchenaid discs. The issue with manufacturing tolerances is that when picking up the Wiselet discs, the plastic noodle shape part of the disc sometimes separates right away from the metal piece; the two pieces are held together by friction (as are the parts on the Kitchenaid discs). Although I would not want these pieces to be super tight, it would be nice if they stayed together a little bit on their own.The set also seems a bit odd in that the Kitchenaid came with six discs whereas there are only five in the Wiselet set. The five that are supplied are direct replacements for five of the Kitchenaid discs (no new pasta shapes here). A replacement for Kitchenaid's large macaroni disc was oddly omitted. It's odd also that the set contains two round metal dowels or pins. I'm not quite sure what these are for; they are too big for cleaning out all the small crevasses in the discs, but it would have been good if some cleaning tools had been supplied instead of these metal bars.To conclude, the set works (but it could work better). These are reasonable replacements for most of the Kitchenaid discs (but if your style is large macaroni, you need to look elsewhere).

Great replacement and love the case
These are a great replacement for the KitchenAid Pasta Extruder. I somehow lost mine in a move. I had no isssues- fit well and clean up was easy. Because I'm a crazy Monica about organization, the case that these came in is fabulous- no more digging around for the disc I want.
