Okay, I have been using this camera for 2 days now—and it is super fun and worth $30. But no more. There are upsides and downsides. At first, I thought the clarity was a lot trashier than expected, but that was just the camera display making it seem worse in clarity than it really is. Once I transferred them into my computer, I was really happy with some of shots giving me that vintage digital feel. I’ve added some photos. There are different filter and color settings which is great. What I don’t like about the camera is that it is super slow, and it takes multiple trials of plugging in and out for my Mac to recognise the camera being connected to it. However, it also comes with an SD card which I haven’t used yet. There is flash, time stamping, a timer, and option to capture 3 snaps one after the other, anti-shake setting (have not tested yet) which is great. But all in all, I’m having a lot of fun experimenting with this. 3 stars cause of how slow it is and how the transfer of pics isn’t a smooth process. :)

Surprised at how hood it is for the price, its not the best but for whst I needed it for it’s fine & it comes with everything needed for storage.

It's a very handy little camera packed with features. I like that it came with the memory card, memory card reader, cables, camera bag, etc. Basically you don't have to buy other extras with this camera. The camera modes are very versatile and easy to use, just press a button and the effects are great...especially for posting online. Which is easy with either the memory card reader or the cable.Also, the anti shake features help quite a bit when rushing around to take photos. The battery charge is exceptional. I left on a trip (forgot to take the camera) and after 2 weeks, the camera still was almost fully charged, just like I left it.Overall, a nice little camera that is easy to use and has enough features for the casual user.

I bought this camera for my 11 year old's birthday. We were looking for a simple camera that had macro mode so she could take pictures of flowers and insects. We also wanted a decent zoom and resolution. This camera seemed to have everything we needed, and it was only $40. It had great reviews. Unfortunately it's been very disappointing. It's imposible to get the camera to focus on anything in macro mode. The user interface is really awkward. The zoom just makes everything pixelated. The photo quality is awful, even in the highest resolution. It was a waste of money.

This is a gift for a precocious 5-year-old boy who has previous experience with sub-par cameras. I am a photography enthusiast, and looked for a camera that was sophisticated enough for my grandson to grow into. He loves to take photos of his family and pet. I unpacked the camera, charged it, and installed the SD card. I also tested it and loaded the photo to my computer. The image was excellent. This is a complete package with 16x zoom capability and all necessary peripherals. Based upon my testing, this is a very good product.
