It a great product.

Good computer but can't find a video card for it to run Starfield. The installed card isn't powerful enough.

Christmas came early -- This review is for the ASUS ExpertCenter D5 Tower Computer, as well as the ASUS Vivobook both purchased recently. ASUS truly impressed me with their product as well as the tech support. On the Expert Center computer, the mouse was left out of the box delivered. A wired keyboard was there however. I called ASUS support and inquired about getting a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and they obliged me with a BORND brand. Both the keyboard and mouse work great except for 1 small aggravation -- the mouse goes to sleep every 5 seconds. To awaken it, I must double click the left mouse button twice. When responding the mouse is all over the page and not in the location where I was actually typing, drawing, etc. I must relocate it to the spot where I was working. This is a nuisance actually, but I do not think it reflects on ASUS' products. I read on the internet where you can change a setting in the device/mouse settings area; however, where I should be able to click, in my new Windows 11, it is grayed out and unable to change. Overall I rate the company and tower product a 5 start.We also bough another ASUS Vivopad laptop and even the Logitec mouse does the same thing re: going to sleep, but with longer times in between -- instead of every 5 seconds, it's about every 30 seconds. That mouse only requires a jiggle instead of the left clicking. ASUS -- thank you for your product as with that I'm most happy with.

I BOUGHT ITEM IN NOVEMBER 2024 BECAUSE PRICE WAS APPEALING. I PLANNED TO SET IT UP AFTER COMPLETING TAXES EARLY 2025. ON MARCH 10, 2025 I ATTEMPTED TO SET IT UP. TRIED TO POWER-ON THE UNIT BUT IT WOULD NOT PERFORM: IT SHUT DOWN AFTER A FEW MOMENTS. ASKED MY It-MAN TO HELP AND HE DISCOVERED PARTS WITHIN THE UNIT WERE BROKEN-AWAY FROM INTENDED AREAS. DECIDED TO RETURN THE UNIT BUT DISCOVERED THAT THE RETURN-WINDOW HAD EXPIRED (JAN 31, 2025). AND NOW…ATTEMPTING TO DEAL WITH MFG FOR COMPENSATION. LESSON LEARNED.

I'll begin by telling you that I previously owned an ASUS computer that lasted for 9 years! Then, I bought a Lenovo. It was okay for 2 years but became very slow to boot up. I longed for my ASUS, so I ordered a new one. It came yesterday, and all I had to do was unplug the Lenovo and plug the same wires into the ASUS, and it was like the difference between night and day. Of course, the ASUS has twice the capacity of the Lenovo, but the ASUS is so QUIET and FAST! I telephoned the Support number, and a very nice man named Nick telephoned me right back. He answered my two questions, and I thanked him and hung up with a wonderful feeling about the company that had sold me my ASUS. I may be prejudiced, but I am so happy to have an ASUS again!

The fan in the tower cranks up every few minutes and gets really loud. It took a long time to set up and was so arduous, I am just putting up with the noise rather than sending it back.However, it works OK. I thought it would be super fast, but it isn't much faster than my old computer.

Fantastic desktop, very well worth it. If you need a solid desktop PC, you won't be disappointed.

Works perfectly out of the box.
