Not sealed properly.
Bottle wasn’t broken but all the liquid was all over plastic wrap. Cap was not sealed properly. Obviously they don’t understand bottling procedures and maybe a seal wrap. O

Broken jar
Inspire being wrapped in bubble wrap, one jar was broken. Not knowing this, I left it on my dining room table leaking...good thing there was a waterproof pad under the tablecloth !
