A Definite Plus towards longevity

Go for the original even at 1/4 of the dose. I bought this item as I saw many stars but, the review didn't match Uollithin A. I was scpetical about this product. I didn't fill a real difference and it cause a blood pressure issue once. So I wonder about the quality or the components.

Oddly enough, eating enough of the right foods doesn't guarantee that your body produces Urolithin A. Eating foods such as pomegranate, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, walnuts, persimmons, guava, and lychee are a good starting point, as well as drinking green tea. But it's your gut bacteria that takes the ellagitannins from those foods and produces Urolithin A.If your gut bacteria cannot efficiently produce Urolithin A, consuming these foods may not directly increase levels. That's where supplements may come into play. Whether this product is effective in this regard, I cannot say. I'd like to think so. I have not had any adverse effects from taking this product. The capsules are on the smaller side, and thus quite easy to swallow.
