Extremely good
I ordered on April 2025 and I got the clips, the light is very good and lights up the entire room of 110 sqft, I removed the holder and directly connected to the wires with tape. It looks elegant and does it's work smoothly

Poor Quality and Delivery Experience
This is the second time I’ve purchased this GM Tubelight.And this time, the overall experience with this product and delivery was extremely disappointing. Here's why:1. The original tube light had multiple issues—missing mounting clips and a dent.2. When I requested a replacement, the delivery service added to the frustration. For two days, the status inaccurately showed "Out for Delivery" in the morning, but by the end of the day, it would change to "Carrier unable to contact recipient," even though I was home waiting to return the first product and receive the replacement. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue, and the replacement was delivered on the third day.3. Unfortunately, the replacement was even more damaged than the original, especially on the front side. I had no choice but to keep the first one as it was less damaged.While the price is lower compared to other brands, the quality and service are not worth it. I recommend considering other brands for better quality and a smoother experience.

Performance is good for the price.
The LED T4 light works fine. Was delivered well packed. The light output is good. It was easy to install. The package included the clips to install the LED light. The price was good too at Rs.137.

Customer Service That Truly Stands Out
Initially, I had given a one-star review, but I'm now updating it to five stars solely because of their excellent customer support. The tubelight I received had some issues, so I decided to email GM support since it was under warranty. To my surprise, they responded promptly and, after I provided some proof of the issue, they followed up multiple times to ensure it was resolved. Eventually, they even issued a full refund. I'm truly impressed by their dedication—especially for a product worth just around ₹100. Their customer service deserves genuine appreciation.
