No stars did not last 5 months stopped working.

My son says this is the only way he will floss.There are three settings: Milder, Clean and Massage. When you turn the unit on you keep pushing the “on” button to get to the setting you want. He prefers the “clean” setting. When you turn the unit off and then back on it stays on the last setting you had.It has a light on the setting that is being used and the battery life is also has a light so you can tell when you need to recharge.In some areas his teeth are tight together and he would have liked to have a thinner floss so it could get in between easier but from what I see the floss is pretty thin as it is.Considering he never liked flossing and he uses this daily is definitely a plus for his dental care.

So far so good, and a great price. BUT: Nowhere on the product or in the manual is there a company name. Amazon says the brand is Outstart, but you can't find any such company online. The product manual says it comes with a 12 month warranty, but how are you going to make a claim if you don't know who the company is or what their contact info is?? This is very concerning. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I am not a great flosser to start with, but this product makes me excited to floss. It does as advertised and I haven't had any issues with the flosser itself and seems to be very effective. There was concern about using it between teeth that are tight together, but I have figured out how to get in between those teeth as well. I get about 2 floss session out of one floss head because of my tight teeth. Would recommend this product.

This product works as expected and is easy to use. Would buy it again.
