I bought this bell from Amazon, and when we opened it, we received a faulty product which is not functioning because the doorbell device is not catching remote signle. So, I did a replacement request but without any replacement, in Amazon application showed me that "Replacement done successfully" without any replacement process. So, what to do of this scrap now.....total money waste and even no one from Amazon is taking any action or feedback call here. In last 2 months, I gave more than 40 orders from Amazon but here I got 2 same queries in replacement.

Outstanding doorbell ever. Loud sound with different volume mode. About 50+ pre-installed tone. Most important thing that no battery required and long distance transmission range. Value for money product and my family fully satisfied with this CASON DOOR BELL. Thanks seller and Amazon.

Very good product. It has many tunes to suit you. Very easy to install. The range is also very good. I am using it for my aged mother so that she can call me whenever I am in the other room. It gives a good sound. The only drawback is that it starts ringing in its own even though we don't press the button, which is quite irritating as we have to rush to her room thinking she has pressed the button. Otherwise on the whole I am satisfied with the product.

I bought this because the idea for no battery for the buzzer unit and no loss of socket in the main unit.The range is poor - Ground floor to first floor 50 ft range doesn't work.The chimes are ok and sound is not very loud.The installation was the easiest part.I haven't returned it but had to use it in a common area due to range issues.

We ordered this doorbell from Amazon. *The build quality is good*, but we are facing an issue. *The doorbell rings automatically even when we don’t touch the remote*. The remote is placed far away, yet the bell keeps ringing on its own. We tested it in different rooms, but the problem remains the same.

Very good. I have a 2 stories villa. I bought this one and had kept one receiver in first floor and the other in second floor.Works very well without any issues.
