So far, so good. I haven't noticed a huge change or improvement in anything since starting these, but they definitely don't seem to be affecting me negatively in any way. I've tried a lot of fish oil pills, and I've never been able to tolerate them very well. So, I always stop taking them and have wasted bottles of supplements. I figured I would give these a shot, and they seem to be working for me so far. There's no unpleasant smell when you open the bottle, which is a huge plus, but the softgels are actually quite a bit bigger than I thought they would be. Having said that, they've been very easy to swallow. I've noticed zero aftertaste or unpleasant fish burps that we're all used to with products like this. These seem so much cleaner and easier on my stomach. Like I said, it's not been long enough to really see a difference, but I feel like I'm actually going to be able to continue taking these. And getting around a 6 month supply at this price means that reordering and keeping up with it will not be an issue.

Bulk Supplements lives up to their name with this product. My usual value priced algae oil omega 3 has 440 mg of omega 3 in two capsules and this has 400 mg in one capsule. The two products are priced the same but the Bulk Supplements one has 50% more servings.Are there compromises? Yes. This has no flavoring to mask the taste, but my usual brand does (lemon oil). More annoyingly, this product uses bovine gelatin capsules. If I was taking these because of a vegetarian diet, it would be disqualifying. After all, why bother with skipping the fish just to eat the cow? However, I am taking algae oil omega 3 to avoid the unpleasant taste and smell of fish oil. It's almost enough to drop it to four stars, but the value proposition is too good. Just beware if you're a committed vegetarian.

I've used many of their products with great results. omega 3 is a must have supplement for various proven reasons. typical capsule size, easy to swallow. no real after taste which is a huge plus. although it says 1 a day. I feel better close to 1000mg. which is still a 3 month supply. recommended dose is 6 months making it a steal
