So far it’s working very well
Used to both cut and engrave mostly wood and some fabric projects and it has met our expectations. It took some time to assemble but it went smoothly. Seems to be a quality machine.

Nice
Like base of the product is good quality. Frame of theCover is good too. But top cover of the material is plastic and very soft. Overall I like the product. It is for my hobbies.

Innovative engraving machines
Really like the design, gives a great industrial design feel. It also eliminates the use of accessories such as honeycomb table and laser engraver enclosure, and the engraving is a very good working experience.

No complaints, but Diodes are limiting
I have put very little time on this machine, so treat my review accordingly. So far i have no real complaints although a few things could be improved on. But the thing I really want to say is, if you can afford it, if you can save up for it, I would suggest that you buy a CO2 laser first. I am in the position of having bought a nice powerful diode based laser and realizing I should have bought something else. I think for most folks, especially if you are thinking about working with acrylics, CO2 is a better starting place. Later, there are other types to explore like UV and Fiiber. But CO2 will pretty much do what a diode will do, plus acrylics. Diodes can do some acrylics, but not clear or blue, and for me the deal killer is the lack of clear capability. Oh well, you spend, you learn, you cuss, save up some more money, and try to get it right the next time. Anyone want to buy a relly nice nearly new 60 watt diode laser? I hope this is helpful. Have a good New Year.

Looks impressive, nice quality
So far I have managed to put it together and power it up. The head moves in all directions and finds Home. From a design standpoint I am impressed with this unit, everything was meticulously packed and organized, everything fit to a T, and missing parts. My next step is to download the software and connect my PC to it and start diving in to all the possibilities. This is all I can comment on for now.

high class
It was worth it to me when I received the machine. The machine was larger than expected and required partial assembly, which was to assemble the top cover. I need 22W to be enough power, usually finish some work on the board, carve some patterns and so on, overall very satisfied.
