Product came faulty, overheats, shuts down, doesn’t hold a charge and is very laggy. Seller didn’t care about the issues. Stay away from this seller.

First I would like to state that this was $199 and it is great. Especially since im a broke college student. Second, I was able to put windows 11 on it without a problem (everything works).Physically it was a little dusty, not a single blemish on the screen, no touch lag. A couple of scratches can be found here an there but all are superficial and none were on the screen. The kickstand is fully functional. Charger did come with it is white block (like an apple charger) and a braided cable.Start school soon so I'll update after the first exam or if any problem arises.Edit: The semester has ended without any major issues. The only thing was the battery, since it is old and it runs hot the battery only last for a little under an hour. But that is just normal for it being a surface pro 5.But on the plus side I was able to get steam and play some games. As long as I'm close to an outlet I continue with what ever I'm doing.

The Surface looked brand new, set right up and has worked fine.

I was so excited to get this surface in as I love the surface products. I was on a time crunch for a work trip, so this was the ideal solution. When it came in I put it straight on the charger and left it on overnight. When I took it off to use it, it died within 10 minutes. I went and bought a new charger, charged it up, and it died in 30 minutes. So yeah, it's not worth it. It also wouldn't let me log into my Microsoft account.There's nowhere to contact the seller or I would have done so in order to reach a solution. Regardless I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated that I wasted both time and money. So yeah, don't bother. I don't know who's repairing these but I hope they didn't quit their day job.

I needed another laptop for school and work. This was a great purchase, and I have had no issues with it. I did find it very difficult to find which model this was, but I believe after some research, it's a Surface Pro 5. So happy with our purchase.

I intended to purchase a Pro 6. This is a Pro 5. I only discovered this when I entered the serial number to register the product. I thought, "How could I be so stupid?" until I went back and looked at this listing and noticed they never really SAY what version of Surface you're buying. Even now that I know what's happened, it's still not easy to sort out the information in this listing. I realize it was my own damn fault that I got rooked, but this vendor is guilty of deception. Why not say up front it's a 5th gen? Why did this listing come up when I searched for 6th? Make no mistake: the i7 8GB 256GB is only a PRO FIVE, and that's not clear from their description. It's a decent computer, but it's not what I thought I was buying. It's a good thing the keyboard I bought to work with my 6 also works with a 5. Maybe that's why my Surface pen doesn't work?
