I have a terrible time falling asleep and found these are extremely helpful. They make me just feel relaxed and tired enough that I fall asleep well before midnight. I highly recommend especially to all the menopausal women out there who can't fall asleep. I get up to go to the bathroom a couple times a night and can go right back to sleep. Give them a try they work! I take them 1 hour before I am going to head to bed. They can still take up to another hour before I can fall asleep. I have been taking them for almost 3 weeks now and can honestly say they work!

I’m sorry for no pictures, but the jar arrived looking exactly like the picture. It hasn’t not occurred to me until this moment to take a picture of the gummies. These are for my husband who has challenges and sleeping, especially when his anxiety is high. This is usually triggered by good and not so good adventures as we have a full time in our RV.He’s learned that by taking these Gummies before he gets ready for bed and has some downtime, that he is sleeping better and longer.

Really disappointed with this product. Used as described and it did absolutely nothing...and on top of that they tasted horrible. Maybe I got a bad batch but they just tasted disgusting. But I guess if it had worked I would have dealt with it. But it didn't. After using as directed...and then lying awake for another 4-5 hours...I gave up and took a normal sleeping pill.

These gummies are awesome! They put me to sleep and keep me asleep!

The gummies as a product are AMAZING. I fall right to sleep. Ive been using them for about 7 months. I take one and within 15 min im struggling to stay awake. I typically buy them from the business that sells them, but it takes a long time for them to arrive. I gave Amazon a shot since delivery is faster and these are super stale. Like, reeeeally stale. They are usually soft, chewy, and gummy. These are the same item, unopened, no tampering evidence, but hard and discolored like they've been sitting on a shelf for 75 years. I would rather wait to get them and order direct next time. This is really disappointing.

Updated.I would like to say 1st that this company is super great to work with. Some that alone gets 5⭐️.2nd i am sure this product works for others but it didn't for me.I am someone who really struggles with sleep. For years now. I rarely get a good night sleep. I have tried so many sleep aids, but I'd love to find a natural product.I am sure this can work for some people. But this did not work for me at all. Not even a little. It's a bit pricey to not have these work, however I'm still trying.Some people complained about the taste. They are just fine. They are not sweet (because it's not candy) and the gummies are pretty hard. But the taste is not terrible.Id return them if I could. (Update: the company did refund me)Try it and I hope it helps you!Also remember people are paid to endorse and use this product wether it works or not. I don't think it necessarily is the cure-all for everyone.ANDthe company doesn't seem to allow you to reach out to them. They should give a money back guarantee (update: i think they do!) Will help you sleep but has a bit of after taste

I’ve ordered this 4 times now & it was a five star review until my most recent delivery. The formula has changed and the taste is tooooo powdery now. I’m assuming it’s due to the organic apple juice powder that has now been added. Don’t get me wrong, I had to get used to the original formula but now, it’s to where I’m contemplating on buying it anymore and that sucks! I LOVED this gummy!! I felt great in the mornings after taking this, unlike when I’ve tried melatonin gummies in the past but this new formula has thrown me for a loop!
