Works good for 30 days, then now it is running but nothing coming out. No more steam or air. I got a full tank of oil into it but still nothing coming and it just making noise like it is running. Maybe the air pump problem? There is no way to contact support or get it resolved since Amazon only allows 30 days to report issue. Bad product overall.

I loved this waterless diffuser it only worked for a month. I'm so disappointed. It just buzzes now. So I'm going to try the alcohol to clean it, maybe it's clogged. I hope that helps but I'm going buy another one from a different brand since the window closed to return it. Bummer.
