No paperwork
I bought it to replace the one that came with the tv because it has no numbers or channel buttons. Unfortunately this remote came with no directions and it's missing other useful buttons.

Does completely work
I got this because my TV remote broke and it doesn't completely work. I can use the input button, volume buttons, the setting button, and the direction buttons. That's it. The Netflix button doesn't work. The back button doesn't even work. So it works but not completely and that's very frustrating.

Remote was in a plastic bag inside of a box with other items. (No protextion). Remote does not work for my tv.

I liked that it was pre programmed !!!!!!! I disliked that all the buttons didn't function properly !
