Sound quality
Awesome sound clarity and bass is perfect..... I thought to buy sony but landed with samsung comparing to sony samsung sound clarity is tooo good... Blindly go and buy this product.. worth for money 💰

Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Worth the Hassle
Had a complaint within one week.I bought this soundbar with hight expectations, but it's been a frustrating experience. While the sound quality is okay, the connectivity is a nightmare. Poor connectivity.Bluetooth doesn’t auto-connect — I have to manually pair it every single time. Even worse, the HDMI ARC stopped working just two days after setup.Now, I have to take the device to a service center that's 20 km away. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable. Pathetic experience overall.Definitely not recommending this to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. I got this 650D for 11500k. For this price it’s very good. Good base/clarity in beat/voice is clear at high base.Performance is super.Using HDMI ARC feature from my MI 4A to to this soundbar.Gave HDMI cable wire length is sufficient /batteries inside the box for remote once you receive you can ready to use.Source indicates lighting on the soundbar is proper.We can add surround speakers additionally(addon)(9200s)

First i am satisfied with this productPros-1) Sound quality is Very clean2) Vocal is pretty good3) it's not for BASS LOVER - IT'S FOR WHO LISTEN NEAT AND CLEAN SOUND CLARITY4) MUSIC LISTENING EXPERIENCE IS AWASOME really through Mobile via Bluetooth ,it gives Thumping Bass not as much SONY,SONY has Puncy Bass but here it's Balancing Bass all Low,Mid and High walk with proper coordinate with each other.5) Also Watching movies on DishTV Theatre like experienceDialogue is clear you will feel BASS, dialogue with clearI Love it

Poor installation service
That the installation at your doorstep is simply hype.The product is fine ,but the scheduled installation was not done in my case.Their installation team is yet to contact me after 10 days of receiving the product. Complaint lodged,but no response.Pathetic service.
