works on other models
I got the toilet fill valve to fix a faulty valve in our spare bathroom. This valve is for a Kohler toilet. Ours is not a Kohler. I found it still works on ours. It has an interesting design on how it works compared to standard universal fillers. I do recommend this fill valve as it appears to be very well-made.

I Really like it but the jury is out regarding price.
This is a quality replacement part for Kohler toilet float valves. It's got a copper feed pipe that's maleable so you can form it to fit you toilet tank perfectly and it has a level adjustment that's precise. It just so happens that my old toilet tank valve failed just before I received this replacement so it got installed right after I got it.I'm really impressed by the quality the easy install and setup but it would have to last a long time to justify the price.Pros:1) Copper stand pipe let's you adjust float valve position in the water tank.2) Quality assembly. Everything about it is easy to adjust and/or setup.3) If anyone ever looks in you toilet tank it looks expensive ... 😆Cons:1) Pricey - It will need to last several years to make the price worthwhile.Overall - assuming most people don't replace their own float valve, it would be worth paying more for a high quality part if you're paying someone to install it.I would pay the price for this part after seeing and installing it but, like I said, it better last as long time.
