Easy to install, look good, have better protective material than stock.
These replaced my original shocks of 200,000 miles - which by the way still worked fairly well at absorbing road issues. However the problem was nose dive and sway during braking and turning. These shocks have greatly helped in that area and made the ride a little smoother. I like the better protecting material used. They were fairly easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos.UPDATE: After doing some off-roading in Colorado I found the right front shock was making noise. The noise was the thump thump of a disconnected shock. Upon checking, sure enough the top retaining nut had backed off and allowed the shock to fall out of the upper arm. Lucky for me there was no damage to the suspension or shock. I contacted Bilstein US and asked for an order form so I could order replacement parts. Junior A. at Bilstein responded and asked for a copy of the purchase receipt. After a few more emails Junior has confirmed that a replacement hardware pack has been sent - free of charge! What great customer service. I would say I'm now a Bilstein customer for life. Thank you Junior and Bilstein for excellent shocks and customer support.

Great Shocks!
Bought for my 2004 Chevy Suburban 2500 4x4. It came stock with what is called the "Autoride" system. They are very expensive to replace with the stock shocks. When the Autorides wear out its a very rough ride. I bought all 4 shocks, and WHAT a GREAT difference in ride! We also have a 2012 Suburban 1500 4x4 LTZ. My wife nicknamed the LTZ Burb "the Caddy" becuase of its great ride. Got to say the 3/4 ton Burb is stiffer, but its got a great ride now too! I also replaced all 4 bump stops too.

2006 LBZ Duramax - Perfect!
These have been an amazing ride improvement. To be fair, I tolerated the previous blown shocks for too long.I skip over train tracks (barely noticeable now); Box store front elevated entrances were the real test. Normally I'd bounce all over the place upon entering, but all of that is gone. The bumpstops keep the truck from rocking side to side so while doing the shocks make sure those get attention too.Kryptonite UCA, Kryptonite ball joints, Kryptonite bumpstops, Moog LCA Bushing, bilstein 5100s

Great seller, great product!
Great seller, with FAST shipping! I ordered them midday on a Weds and they were delivered by Friday mid morning even though the shipping info from Amazon say midway through the following week, so that was awesome! The shocks seem to be of good quality, and I bought them after doing tons of research and their reputation. With that said, one point that I thought was interesting, is that upon taking off my STOCK shocks, and going to put on these aftermarket ones that are supposed to be designed for leveled trucks (ie sit taller) I was surprised to see that the shocks were the same length as my stock ones! Anyways, after install (which went smooth on my 06 Chevy 2500HD, and only took about 1.5hrs for front & rears with air tools) the ride has definitely improved, especially in rougher terrain. Its still a 3/4 ton truck, and rides as such, but this was a great upgrade.

Difficult to install, but perform well
These shocks come with a single bolt for top mounting. This bolt has two flats and threads. When attempting to torque the top nut to Bilstein specs the bolt turns. Trying to hold the bolt with a wrench or vice-grips is a real trial in the normal fender well. I would suggest replacing the flats with an allen head socket that can be accessed from the top. Once installed the shocks performed very well.

Ride-ability is noticeable
These shocks are worth the investment over the oem stock shocks. I have an 03 Silverado 2500HD duramax and impressed on the comfortable ride on the highway and off road feel, great traction in the mountains.

‘07 GMC 3500 Classic Dually
Waited to write a review, I’ve put about 20k of hard use on the shocks. ‘07 GMC Sierra 3500 Classic SLT crew cab dually long box diesel. Stock rear height, torsion bars turned up, slightly bigger than stock tires. The truck is used for auto transport and have no complaints on the shocks. Ran Bilstein’s on my Saab 9-5 and have a Bilstein/air bag setup on my Audi wagon and those shocks have been amazing so I decided to try these for my work truck. Due to “Betty’s” basically stock height the shocks were a pain in the butt to compress but they went into place with some persuasion. All shocks were installed in the driveway, no hoist. Betty spends all day, 5-6 days a week, pulling a 5k lb trailer with 2 vehicles on it on our awful Wisconsin highways and the ride is so much better than the Rancho’s that got tossed out. I’m happy with them and hope they last a long time.
