Having owned an electric ear washer, and an electric water flossing, I was worried that the pressure would be too strong on this device. However, didn't cause me any irritation.I pre-boil my water to mix with the saline packets, and when ready, I mix together the solution. So far I've had no issue with the quality of the packets included, they dissolve easily.One thing I like is that I don't have to hold my large arms upwards at a weird angle like I typically have to do when using a traditional neti pot.As far as things go, the controls on this one are very simple, making it easy to use. There are three different pressure levels for folks with different preferences.Overall, I'd recommend it, it's a lot easier on my arms than a net pot, but gives me the same results.

I've been using a neti pot for years, but the flow is based on how hard you squeeze so it's difficult to get consistent pressure. I figure I'm getting old enough to let a pump do the squeezing for me :)There are three pressure modes available and the lowest one is quite gentle. It works well, but is louder than I expected. While not giant, it's certainly larger than I'd want to take along for travel.

It comes with salt packs. I mix the salt with distilled water, pour it into the machine, and then rinse out my nose. The machine is easy to hold and use. I press a button, and water gently sprays into my nose. When I use it, my nose feels clean and refreshed. The water nozzle is a little big for kids, although it says it is for both adults and kids.

This is simple to use. Mix, fill, and rinse out your sinuses. I’ve loved the Neti pot for years, especially when I have a cold. This is a more automatic version of that. Takes up very little room, requires a battery for power. I was worried the spray would be too forceful, but it’s not. Gentle and easy, very comfortable.
