Quality of products and customer support.
Received new battery and an issue with it. Contacted vendor and inmediately they shipped a new as requested by me. Replacement battery is performing perfectly on my Ecovac. I am very happy with the service provided by the vendor and will do business with them again as needed. Good battery replacement. N8+ working again as it should.
Working well so far. The install process could be easier but that's not the fault of the battery but more an Ecovacs design issue. The original N8+ battery was so worn out that the vac would only run for a few minutes and then die. Replaced with this battery and now the N8+ works as it should. It returns to dock to recharge and continues on its way.

Easy fix
This new battery has 50% more watts than the original. It breathed new life into my vacubot that was having trouble getting back to its charging station. Now it can clean tge house with power to spare.

Took the old worn battery out and put the new one into the ECOVACS. Now it runs much longer before recharging.

Dies at 30%
[update] I got this installed around Nov 1st, it's Nov 20, and it seems to be getting worse. I have it vacuum a small part of the dining room and kitchen every night, it was able to finish this without dying. However, it has started dying now, and since the vacuum will not return to charge (see original review below on why) we find the vacuum dead most mornings now. I'm going to return it and buy a different battery[original] It has died 10x already, no sign that it's getting better. Whatever voltage my N8 pro+ expects the battery to handle, it cannot handle it. This should be a 14v battery, so fully charged it could be 16v and dead it's at 12v. So when the original battery was at 13v, the vacuum said "this is 25% charge, I should return to charge" but this battery is defective, so when it's at 14v, it's dead, and the vacuum never tried to return to charge. (hypothetically)Fully charged, it works great, but not having the robot return to charge automatically is a real problem. I can't get my house mapped because it dies during mapping!
