I like that there’s absolutely no sugar in it but still has a good taste. I also really like that it came in small individual packets— you can take it with you on the go. I use it to stay hydrated because certain medications I take really dehydrate me. I can feel the difference. I also take it When I am working out even harder. I think this is a good brand I will add to the list of hydration packets I’ve tried recently. 👍🏼

I have been taking these for a few weeks now, I haven't noticed any noticeable change. But I also haven't noticed any negatives. I'll say that the taste was not bad and didn't leave me with any bad after tastes. Use at your own discretion, your mileage may vary.
