I think the product is great, I have not had any issues and received several compliments on the quality of the radio and how its look has enhanced my vehicle.

Shows where the item has an area to mount the item but this one just doesn't have them ac will not work now at all GPS works kind of lagy quality overall is nice fits well connectivity is very slow but it's sounds great planning to return it due to the ac system will not work at all now even after trouble shooting and having a local audio shop try to get the display to work

Was hesitant to buy because it’s obviously made and sold in/from China and sometimes that’s pretty hit and miss on quality. This won’t disappoint though. My 2014 F150 feels like a new high end truck. Granted I did a few other upgrades including katzkins leather and a lift kit, but this unit makes it really feel like a much higher trim and much newer truck. Highly recommend. It was simple plug and play. I did it myself in about an hour. Phone connected immediately and after one hiccup, where I needed an update (great customer service) it’s worked flawlessly. It’s not cheap but if it had a name brand on it, it would probably cost 3 times this. If it fits your truck, it’s worth every penny.

I am leaving this item 5 stars because this item delivers as advertised and the company provides great customer service support. I installed myself in my 2014 F150 XLT replacing my OEM unit with a 4" screen. It took me approximately 3hrs to install which included removal of dashboard/air bag components, stock unit, and wiring power/ground/remote wires in preparation for an amplifier and subwoofers at a later date. This is a true plug and play and I did not have to cut/splice any harness wires for additional connections. There is not any lag time upon start up once the key is turned the unit powers on and ready use within a few seconds. One thing to note is that this package did not include a pry tool as advertised and I had to purchase it separately, but I am not letting this affect my review of 5 stars due to the value of the product and the low cost of a pry tool.

This was easy to install. Huge upgrade to my info-taiment system. Beautiful display screen. Controls intuitive. Steering wheel function work. (Must use their aftermarket mic)

The video is really helpful for installing but after you get it in it’s kinda vague in the factor settings. I set mine and since I did it the screen gets stuck on the AC dash and the buttons non stop glitch and you can’t go to any other screen without going back automatically to the AC one. Please customer support help me I’ve taken the whole thing out and back in and still does itUpdate: Customer support was really helpful in helping me figure out my problem ( which was my own fault not the systems) and now it works great! Love the purchase!For the company: yall should come out with an update so when you bid the taskbar in the top it goes full screen for CarPlay instead of just having a blank grey box.
