About Cocoa Butter Content
I plan to update this review once I open the package and actually taste it (since I'm still working on a previous brand). But, for now, I wanted to address something I read in the comments because I thought what was said here about false advertising was unfair. I'm new to Cocoa that has: "high fat cocoa butter" content (thanks to America's Test Kitchen's recommendation of it) so, I TOO was confused by the percentage of fat on the Nutrition label. Before buying, I looked up MANY brands of "high fat cocoa butter" and, the ones I check out ALSO had either 1% or 2% fat on the nutritional label. Even Drost only has 3% on it's nutritional label. So, I got the idea to look at the nutritional label of a can of "Hershey's cocoa" which boasts "10-12% cocoa butter" in it and, it's label has: .05% fat content, NOT 10-12% fat. I can't explain why but, it's just how nutrition labels break it down.

This is lacking any richness both in color and taste. Can not possibly be 22-24% Fat. Highly disappointed!
