Please be careful and see your GP before taking this. I have Colitis and IBS and was fed up with feeling down and read about this on the IBS site and was hoping for a miracle cure. I took it for two days and had to stop as the symptoms were worse than my Colitis and IBS put together on the worst days. These symptoms, serious diarrhoea, stomach pains and cramping, all day head aches and fatigue lasted just over a week and actually made me think my colitis and IBS wasn’t that bad compared to this. I know there are reviews and “studies” that support this and they say there is a ‘die off period’ but this hurt a lot and I therefore felt that if I didn’t leave a review then I wouldn’t be happy with myself as someone else might go through the same as I did.

This product claims to be scientifically proven to work. A paper published in the Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology Research in September 2015 on a double blind randomised trial (the Gold standard in Medicine) shows there were 16 participants - 8 in the study group and 8 in the control/placebo group studied over a 2 week period. It would be very hard to take this seriously as a study. The number of participants and the duration are far to small to make any proper inference from it. I tried the product nonetheless. Nothing, nada, useless. Save your money. If you want to reduce bloating go online and look up yoga postures that help with this. After doing the suggested postures (and try multiple ones) then massage your abdomen. Be prepared to belch and pass wind. It doesn't resolve it longterm but it does help in the moment - and its FREE !
