This may have been my mistake but I was disappointed to find that this book is a collection of instructions on how to run workshop activities. This made for dry reading. I was expecting a more explanatory approach on the ideas of Joanna Macy. Having said this, I did read all the instructions and now have a pretty good picture of the Work that Reconnects.

This book is inspirational while being practical and suggesting ways in which we all can make a difference. Everyone should read it.
