Great Product
I don't typically write reviews on Amazon but this product is so good that I wanted to take a minute to give some positive feedback.I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought these but I thought they might be kind of light and cheap feeling. Not so. These are SOLID and the hand grips are just about the size of a pull-up bar. They rotate easily and lock securely in place.The bottom line is if you are looking to change your grips up when doing pull-ups, this is what you want.
