I hold this smart scale mainly to track my weight, but I don't realize how cool and useful it is that it can provide you with so much additional information. It can not only show your weight, but also your body mass index, body fat percentage, muscle mass and a bunch of other data that I didn't even know the scale could track. To be honest, this makes me feel that I have my own little fitness coach at home.

This scale is excellent! I didn’t realize when I ordered it all the metrics that it measures. Really give you a detailed understanding of your body weight, fat and other measurables. I have had other scales similar to this but the pull up hand sensors measures more metrics which allows this scale to be so much more accurate then scales I’ve had before.
