It worked as described
Activating was easy. Day before travel, received phone number in the email. It is working in Europe right now.

Worthless and unusable
Worthless. I activated the card but the SIM card they provided does not fit in the SIM card tray. Totally impossible to contact the company. Very frustrating and completely wasted my money and no refund available.

it does not work at all (else UK)
I bought it for my Europe trip, Italy and Finland. I was landed at LHR in UK first (luckily) to activate the SIM - the SIM is for UK Three. After all, it did neither work at all in Italy, nor in Finland. No call, no msg and no data. It was a waste of money.

You Can't Buy More "Roaming" Data :(
I bought this to travel in Europe, but once you use 12gb, you cannot purchase more data to use for your travels (unless you are in the UK). So if you are traveling throughout Europe, I would not purchase this SIM card.

Don't plan on crossing borders with this one
This card was great for the primary purpose for which I purchased it. Specifically, I wanted to use it on a multi-country trip in the United Kingdom and the European Union. It was supposed to work in the EU--both data and telephone--which is why I purchased this one instead of country specific cards. The card was issued by a UK service provider, and within the UK, it worked wonderfully. But almost none of the features that were supposed to carry over into the EU actually did so. (Only the telephone actually worked.) I was able to use the online chat only by tapping into the airport wifi, and their "fix" required me to completely disconnect from the chat to see it it worked. It didn't. All the multiple gigs of data I was supposed to have did not work at all, and I still had to purchase a new SIM in Germany.

The product did not work for me with unlimited calls when I landed in Protugal.
Product did not work with unlimited call. Was receiving messages that I needed to pay additional for data plans. After several attempts to correct the problem with connection, I gave up and used wifi calling when I was connected to a wifi.

A full size SIM card is provided But new phones take e sims. Therefore it was useless!!!!!

Absolutely do not buy if traveling to Greece.
This product is not supported in Greece. They screwed me over.
