Definitely works to ease pain. I purchased the Comfytemp belt and was literally surprised at how much better my lower back was. I no longer had to stop and stretch my back upon standing. Normally I had to stretch it out or I would walk like and old person all bent over. I noticed within a few days that I was just popping up and walking straight! Incredible!! I then purchased the NICEUS belt, because it offered portability and vibration. The NICEUS belt does not relieve my pain. My husband saw me struggling with pain again and said "you need to just stick to the the "other" one". I used it twice and the pain was gone again. I HIGHLY recommend the Comfytemp belt!! I'm actually glad I compared it, because I am a believer!!

This is a snap to use. You can put it on your back, your shoulders, your waist your stomach, your chest wherever you want it. It does have a plastic film over the red light so it will make you sweat a little bit if you’re looking for a weight loss. And it’s very easy to use.

I haven’t had it long enough to truly rate this belt but I do think it helped my back feel better after exercise

Great product. I felt the difference in my joints after a couple of uses. I've used similar products, and this one is superior for a couple of reasons: 1. The controls are nice and simple on the belt itself - no extra wires or remote controls. 2. The stated 22 watts max is higher than others.

I like this. Light warm red light therapy. I have used it on my waist, arms, feet, & knees. I do feel healing comfort the next day after use. It's easy to wipe clean. I have a 35 inch waist and it fits well. The controls are easy to use. The cord could be a bit longer for ease of movement around the room. I have a painful left shoulder that is showing healing improvement.

I absolutely love this belt. I run a ton. The flexibility and size of the belt is awesome because I can use it anywhere and fit it around any body part. It helps tremendously with recovery and I like that it’s reasonably priced and safe. I got another one off of Amazon that was likely not legal in the United States and almost electrocuted myself to death. This one is very high-quality.

I’ve used this for about 3 and a half months daily on my back. A large number of the lights don’t work any more or they blink when I move it. I’m disappointed in this product and don’t recommend buying it. We will shop elsewhere next time. Feel ripped off
