These are great because they're affordable and contain all forms of omega in one capsule. I've been taking them daily as a supplement, especially since I struggle to get enough omega from my diet. They can also have benefits for the heart, lowering cholesterol, and improving general health. They don't have a specific taste, and although they are a bit big, they are easy to swallow.

These capsules are big but easy to swallow and I really like the tub they are in. I have been taking one a day for a couple of weeks now but haven't noticed a discernible difference in my health. Maybe longer is needed to notice anything. They definitely taste less than other fish oil based capsules I have had, but are not completely tasteless.They seem to claim quality credentials like working to GMP standards but don't actually mention whether they are certified or not (I am guessing not). They claim independent testing for potency and purity but I see no evidence of this. They also show a Eurofins certificate claiming its a pesticide test. It's actually a heavy metal test but since they contains fish oil its good to know it is low!

So just like almost all of these fish tablets they're tasteless but don't make the same mistake as me if you have trouble swallowing large tablets and chew them 🫣😵🥴 absolutely vile! 🤣, if you do have trouble with tablets I've found the loophole... it's all in your mind! You eat food right? How big are those pieces of food you swallow? dont tilt your head back and you're good as that opens up the windpipe 🥴😂
