Digirig Coiled Shielded USB-A to USB-C Cable with Ferrites

Quality heavy duty cable and works great. I was having issues with my 2022 Highlander Android Auto repeatedly dropping connection. I tried many different cables and even an adapter that was supposed to fix this issue to no avail. When trying AA in other cars, it worked fine, but something was up in the Toyota. Over time, I noticed a cycling pattern and also data flow issues with an AA wireless adapter. All of this added up to one of 2 things. A radio issue or an interference/ground loop problem. I decided to give this cable a try and it has been smooth going ever since.I highly recommend it as it is well made, tight coil and heavy duty. If you are having issues with Car Play, Android Auto or data transfer, give it a shot. It may resolve all your woes.

Good quality USB cable for my DigiRig. The connectors are sturdy and I like it has built in chokes. Some people gripe about some DigiRig cables being coiled, but that actually helps with RF rejection...It has a purpose. Personally it does not bother me. I think the price is fair for how well the cable is built.

I purchased this cable because I was constantly getting RF into the computer from my QRP rig (QMX+), which caused WSJT-X to lose it's connection. This happened on many bands except 20 meters. After replacing the standard USB cable with this one with the ferites, the RFI stopped and WSJT-X is happy. I will be purchasing more of these cables.UPDATE: I ordered a second cable for my Xiegu X6100 and laptop that had constant trouble losing CAT control and disconnecting from WSJT-X. It now functions perfectly 100% of the time!

Very well made, I’ve purchased extras for use with other USB devices to minimize RF interference. They are price-competitive with non-toroid cables from premium 3rd party manufacturers.

It connects my DigiRig Mobile to my laptop while I am transmitting 100Watts without any RFI problems.

Attached easily to my radio and my Digirig.

Had my computer speakers that plug into an audio interface which then connects to my laptop. It kept having static occasionally and constant buzzing when at high volume. I first tried an Ground Loop Noise Isolator to connect between the speakers and the interface which did lower the amount of buzzing but static still occasionally started coming. After using this cable to plug from the audio interface to my laptop, it finally took out most of the buzzing which if cranked at high volume is still heard but is reduced by 90-95% but gone if turning down the volume on the speakers. As this plus the ground loop noise isolator together improved the buzzing and removed static, I say this cable does work!
