Poor customer service by Haier
1. Got a fridge with internal damage.2. Haier technician said the fridge cant be repaired and need to be replaced.3. Called Haier customer service and they said they only provide repairs and denied replacement. Amazon site mentions 10 day replacement by brand.4. Called the Haier technician and asked him to check with his manager. Manager agreed to raise replacement request but demanded photos of the packing box which I had disposed off. Somehow he agreed with photos of all 4 sides of the fridge.5. Now waiting for the service request to get approved. Heard the technician say that the higher authority at Haier reject the replacement without the packaging pictures.6. Will keep updated on this.***UPDATED ON 1 NOV 2023***BRAND DENIED REPLACEMENT. The request for replacement was a hoax. They dont even entertain Amazon customers. Hearing that the fridge was purchased from Amazon they straightway say that the replacement will be provided by Amazon. The Haier Area Service Incharge (ASI) ( Mr Mayur Bisan) was very rude and too busy to respond.Dont fall prey to the "10 day replacement by brand" promise as mentioned on Amazon site.Finally I had to schedule return with Amazon and place a new order. In the process I lost 11k of cashback that I got in the first buy and also had to order a different model as the one I ordered is not showing available.I hope I will get a non-defectice non-damaged fridge this time and Amazon dont cause any issues on the refund for the damaged fridge. Will post on the same once done.

Breathe taking looks. No brainer buy
The media could not be loaded. Really stylish look and very spacious too. Black glass model is too good and wifi on top of it. Thank you Amazon 🩵

Looking gorgeous
The product is awesome. Very much worthy. But the delivery process is very poor. Amazon gave the delivery contract to delhivery and they were coming with only two people. So I arranged to lift up and settle the appliance with other people with extra cost.
