I have been using it a week now. The first two days it seemed fine, but too early to see if there was a difference. It's been a week now, but I still need to use it more to really see if the small lines get reduced. It's definitely good for a hydration under my eyes. I think to really see a difference is probably in 3 to 4 weeks.

This product did absolutely nothing to help with site bags. Your supposed to hide it up to 4 weeks to see results. By that time the return window has closed.
