Great customer support
Pump worked great for few times and then would not work. After exchanging a few emails, the companysent me a new pump. A big thank you to EDOU Direct.

Does not work in AUTOMATIC mode right out of the box
I received two of these pumps on 2/22/2023. I placed them on my pool cover the day they arrived. A rainstorm occurred on 2/23 & 2/24/2023. The pumps do work in MANUAL mode, with good pumping speed, in which they DO NOT automatically turn off (in this mode they have to be unplugged to be stopped; when plugged in again they restart). The two pumps I received do NOT work in AUTOMATIC mode. In AUTOMATIC mode, the pump is SUPPOSED to sense the presence of water above a specific depth & turn the pump ON until the water level drops below a specified depth. The pumps I received DO NOT operate at all in AUTOMATIC mode.

Fast and high volume pool cover pump
The pump has performed well all winter using it in manual. Giving it only 4 stars because the automatic feature quit working after 3 uses. Other wise no other issues

Doesn’t do its primary job, suck/blow.
This thing doesn’t have much pressure. I have a fountain pump I bought cheaper than this that puts out more pressure. In my opinion this thing isn’t even worth $15, let alone $30.

Great pump and great customer service
This company afforded great customer service when I had trouble with my first pump and without delay sent me a replacement. This is a great pump clearing water from my pool cover right down to zero. Best pump I ever owned and I had a bunch over the last 40 years, Kudos to this companies customer service!
