I received it and everything came as advertised! I was super excited to use it! So far, I love the color, and the weight isn’t too heavy to me. It maneuvers around easily just on its own so that’s good! It seems super durable which is why I think the weight isn’t a problem. It smells clean to me so I also have no problems there. Doesn’t have any weird smells :)I like that there’s a sticker that warns you that it gets hot, I will be keeping it on there to remind myself!It’s perfect in my opinion, the floors look beautiful and all of the attachments make it easy to get into the random nooks and crannies of my place!

I had the older model steam mop and love it. When I saw this 7 in 1 steam mop I had to get it. I love the 2 part extension rod for the steam mop. Comes with so .lmany different attachments to help clean any dirty surfaces. Its easy to load the water and use. Its also alot lighter at 5ish lbs. Its sleek looking and practical. It heats up quickly and works amazing.

This is super great for walls. I bought it specifically for walls and appliances (not floors - I use my shark for the floors). I wish it had better attachment options. For example, a smaller one for around cabinet knobs, one specific for along baseboards. It also would be beneficial if it had replacement pads for a scrub brush option for the oven. Overall, I like it, and it works well. It is very light weight and easy to lift above the head for higher surfaces.

One of my favorite features is the detachable handheld steamer. This is such a brilliant design idea! It’s incredibly effective on tile grout, bathroom walls, corners, and even kitchen appliances. I used it to steam clean my oven door and shower tiles, and it made such a noticeable difference. It feels like I’m deep cleaning — but without harsh chemicals or scrubbing for hour. I seriously cannot believe I waited so long to get this. I kept thinking about it and finally got one and OMG it is life-changing. I’m so happy that I don’t have to clean with chemicals anymore and this just takes everything off of my hardwood floors and clean them with such a nice shine. It’s lightweight, you can control the amount of steam. It holds a good amount of water. And it comes with a different attachments as well. I’m so excited to keep using this. I say if you were thinking about it, you should definitely do it.

The product doesn’t work as well as advertised - in fact it doesn’t work at all. This is a scam product and the fact that I have to keep the item for this price although it is worthless is a scam. Previous reviews are probably not correct. I am stuck paying this price and having to keep it because I opened the package and used the product. The product may work for already clean floors.

Cool tool, it did the job! Slightly heavy to do my grout for 2 hours and lots of refilling needed, but it did a great job! I’m hoping I can find replacement scrub accessories for future, but I’ve been unable to find them so far…
