My work requires me to sit for long hours at my desk or wherever I can perch my laptop to type. I purchased this lumbar pillow to help with some lower back pain/irritation. First, the pillow itself is extremely high quality. The memory foam is supportive, yet soft. The shape of the pillow fits the curve of my back and keeps my posture correct, which has helped with soreness. My favorite feature is the variable heat function, which keeps the back muscles from tightening up. The constant vibration is extremely soothing as well. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who sits at their desk for long periods of time.

I recommend this CILI lumbar support pillow because it is among the best lumbar support pillow with the heating and vibration features in the market that is below $40.There are multiple lumbar support pillows made of memory pillow the price of which is ~$20. However, if features like massage, heating and/or vibration are added therein, the price usually goes up to ~$50. I bought this CILI branded lumbar support pillow because a friend had previously bought me a full body massage pad which I have been using a lot and like it very much. CILI is a reliable brand from what I have experienced.As I mentioned, this lumbar support pillow combines a lumbar support with heating and vibration features which added the extra uses for the product. It is made of high-quality memory foam and has an ergonomic design. I brough the pillow to my office which usually has a temperature of ~65 when the AC is on. So I plugged in and turn on both heating and vibration. It fits nicely in the office chair and goes against my lower back. It greatly relives my back pain muscle tension. It shuts off automatically after 30 min but you can also set it to auto shut at 60 min or 90 min

CILI's Back Lumbar Support Pillow is an excellent addition to any chair (or couch!) It really well designed to help support my lower back. As described, there are a trio of different options for each feature. On the connected remote, you can choose from three massage features, three heat levels, and three timer selections. What sets this apart from other massage pillows is the timer option. You have the option to keep it on longer if you want, up to 90 minutes. As for the heat options, the highest one gets really warm - warmer than expected - so that feature works great as well.The pillow itself is lightweight, so you an easily transport it from chair to chair. It also has an elastic strap to help fasten it around a chair. Even if you didn't choose to use any of the features, it's a great lumbar support pillow on its own.

Works really well -- good massage action and heat -- I wish there was a way to lower the heat setting, but overall it's a great help to my back pain.

I'm very pleased with my purchase of this back lumbar support pillow. I have two herniated discs, and my back is in constant pain on a daily basis. Ordinarily, I would just use a heating pad, but unfortunately, that's not possible when traveling outside of home from place to place. This support pillow contours to your spine, unlike many other similar products. It provides a relaxing sensation to my back not only with the heat but the massage heads as well. Additionally, I like the option of having different adjustable intensity levels, so I can customize to my comfort. It is equipped with automatic shut-off timers. You can use the heat and massage functions separately. Lastly, I can use it in different types of chairs, which appeals to me most.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this at the right time! Ever since I had my kids, the area where I got my spinal (epidurals) becomes very sensitive to the cold. Meaning my lower back starts to hurt an irrational amount if I don’t bundle up well enough. Well it’s been very cold lately and with this new lower back massager, I get the perfect relief I need! Between the 3 different levels of vibration and the amazing amount of heat (also 3 levels) that it produces, my pain subsides within minutes! The pillow is comfortable to sit against and seems to be of great quality by far! I am 5’1”, and the size was perfect to cover me where I needed it to. There was no odd smell coming from the packaging or anything. It’s just a great product that is perfect to have for those moments when your lower back starts acting up. There’s no deep massaging as it’s just a vibrating pillow, but the heat is its perfect companion for soothing pain.

This is really comfortable! It immediately gets warm, but not too warm, and you are able to adjust the vibration. I took it to work and people kept want to borrow it! It really comforms to your back which is really appreciated! I will also use it just as a pillow for my back in my office chair! A mustbhave!

I've had this for a 5 weeks and the massage function now makes a horrible noise when on.
