The media could not be loaded. I had 2 of these previously and the camera quality degraded on the oldest of the 2. So, I got this new upgraded version.PROSIt works well, connects easily (just follow the simple prompts). The picture quality is decent. It has motion sensing with low, medium, high sensitivity levels. I like how this new version has a ‘key’ that keeps it secured to the mount and is required to remove it for charging. The older version could simply be removed with your fingers. Also, this version has the option to mount it with the sticky adhesive back or the screws. The battery life lasts a couple of days depending on the settings you have it set on. If the sensitivity is high with the human detection off, it notifies you on anything that passes by the lens. It can catch every car, pet, or person. If the sensitivity setting is low with human detection on it will only notify you on people that approach the camera. The doorbell alert is great it will ring through your phone and the speaker device that only comes with a usb back so you’ll need the adapter to plug it into an outlet. You can speak through the device with the microphone button. You can save/download the videos and take screenshots. They give you a month free subscription and the early fee is $30, which is a great value. It has a 30 day video history on their cloud.CONSThe only real con (and it’s a BIG one), is the customer service. There is no phone number and the chat service is NOT instantaneous. It can take them a day to respond and if you were explaining an issue, the next response may be from another representative that doesn’t look at the previous conversation so you have to explain everything all over again. I was double charged last time. Apple denied my refund request stating “not eligible for refund” and when I tried to talk to the customer service I was given the run around even after providing a picture of the charges on the same day within minutes of each other. Which is still UNRESOLVED!! This con makes me not want to deal with the Aiwit company despite them having a decent amount product. They got an extra $30 out of me, I wonder how many times this happens and how much extra they make with this. If they fixed the bad customer service access, then I would suggest this product to everyone. Until then, use at your own discretion.

I had a traditional wired doorbell that never really was loud, so I figured give this wireless doorbell a try. I wanted something louder first without having to mess with the wiring, but I was also in progress of generally upgrading the security on my house - more on that shortly.This doorbell is fantastic, in doesn't drain battery power if you just use the basic motion detection settings - which still detects plenty - it is louder than my old one, and you can communicate with people as needed.You'll need to subscribe for video downloads / reviewing motion detection for long captures, but that is so inexpensive for an entire year - just roughly $30 a year, definitely worth the small investment.Everything is working great so far that I bought a 2nd of these to install in my backyard - less for a doorbell feature and more for camera/motion detection.I've lived in my house for over 16 years and only had an outdated wired system which I still use, but I barely hear any noise when the alarm goes off - and it is just outside. I've added on to this with a combination of a few wireless cameras in my front and back yards, alarm/chime sensors on my entrance doors and windows that only need batteries and are LOUD, and these wireless doorbells/sensors to also help cover more ground/detection. All very inexpensive/affordable solutions that get the job done.Would definitely recommend these doorbells for anybody!

Battery life is about a week. Shorter in below zero weather. Everything else is fine but I am buying a different model because of the annoyingly short battery life.

One of the GREATEST purchases I’ve ever made!! I’ve bought three of these cameras so far, one for my family & two for where I live! The battery lasts forever, I’m on day 29 and it has yet to get below 50%!! There are two options for plans but I recommend doing the $29.99 up front for a whole year that way you do not need to worry about it!! The picture is super clear, very sensitive camera and mic works amazing !! Do not hesitate to get this !!!

Great camera but lacks some features that I love. This camera can't be used with Alexa or Google which sucks. The battery life lasts roughly 2-3 weeks, which I think is pretty good. The cloud storage is definitely not worth it! Terrible app! They definitely need to add more features to manage memberships. I prefer wansview. The audio and video are definitely good. True 1080HD.
