Perfect Fit and a Performance Upgrade
Fit perfectly in the housing of my NuTone QT-80N-B and all the screw holes lined up exactly. The power cable is a little longer than the original, which I deeply appreciated when reinstalling the housing. Very easy to install. The fan is quieter and it flows more air than the original.

Perfect replacement, a truly one for one swap out.
I needed to replace the main bedroom's bathroom fan which had become extremely noisy. This replacement motor for my Nutone QT-90N-B is a perfect fit. Out of the box, it's just the motor, no hardware. You'll be reusing the existing screws from the original framework and swapping the motors out. It really is that simple. The new motor is SO much quieter and comes with a 3 year warranty. Very happy with this purchase.

Fantastic replacement
Had and old bathroom fan from the late 90s. Was making tons of noise and motor whine. This fit my existing fan box perfectly. Great replacement for the models listed and quiet but not to quiet.

Works but needs adjustment
The motor fits the OEM holes but the fan gets stuck against the casing. As a previously reviewer noted, placing washers between the casing and the motor solved the problem. I’m thankful just to have a replacement motor.

Great choice as long as you confirm you have the right part
This was a perfect match for our installed fan; it was simple to replace and works perfectly - for much less than the cost in dollars, time, and effort of replacing the whole ceiling fan.Just be sure you buy the right motor by checking the model number on the fan you are trying to repair; there are dozens of different designs that won’t fit other fans.

Perfect fit for my decades-old Nutone QT-110N-B
The fan unit arrive promptly and fit perfectly in my existing fan housing without the need for any adjustments or modifications. Installation was easy and uneventful. A noise level of 3 sones is acceptable when all I hear is air moving. 110 cfm is a bit more than I needed; the original was 100 cfm, but this certainly does the job.
