When I started doing machine embroidery and all of the sudden realized I was going to need to buy a lot of different colors of thread, I thought I was going to have to spend a fortune. Luckily, I found this assortment. The colors are the Brother recognized colors and there's a wide assortment. The colors are vivid and don't fade. The thread is strong and doesn't break easily. I've been embroidering a lot and I'm amazed how much thread is actually on each spool. I doesn't seem like I'll run out of thread for a long time. This is a great value for the money!

The media could not be loaded. I bought my mother in law this as a Mother's Day gift since she's a dressmaker. This has total of 40 nice different colors of threads. Arrange in a tidy sturdy box. I recommend this because of the price and the quality.

All the colors are very bright and are a lot of fun to use. I have been enjoying them very much of late. I do however have an issue with some of the color names that Brother chooses to use. Ex: the "creme brown" is not even close to a brown color, but is more of a pale yellow. Most of the other colors are true to what they are listed as. Blue is the other color that looks more purple or lilac than blue. I guess it is up to the individual and what you like.

I purchased this thread for my embroidery machine and serger. It was a better deal than buying individually. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. I had no issues with thread breaking or tangling. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
