This is a really beautiful nose ring. It sparkles in the light, and the size fits very well. When I first tried to put it in it was very difficult to snap in. I nearly gave up, but I was finally able to snap it in, and once I have done that a few times it snaps in easier. It looks like you have a double piercing.
