I cannot believe how such a small appliance can work so well this wasn’t investment that is extremely satisfying. I recommend it highly. I actually bought a second one for my son and he loves it.

The media could not be loaded. It broke down in less than 5 months OF HARDLY ANY USE (seriously/really), and the company is not making good on any of it, or their claims of a one-year warranty on these machines. All I have received from them is a run-around including an email message which reads: "We feed back the problem of machine to our tech and they are confirming the issue and it need some time, could you please recontact us ?" AND another where they say they will "send out a replacement", but have not done so.I it had lasted EVEN 9 months, I would have somewhat felt that it paid for itself in not having to go to the laundromat ... but to not even make it FIVE months with around ONLY two or three uses every two weeks?I simply cannot stress how bad the machine is and how awful customer service is, but I am making certain that I let people know. Don't let this machine fool you because it's what you think you need at the moment; the headaches are just not worth it. What IS worth noting is that even 1-Star reviews 'bump' up a product's rating (as opposed to ZERO stars which is what this deserves). As such, with all the ratings considered, this machine's real rating runs in the 3.5 range.Trust me: steer clear!

This washer is not only powerful. but it leaves your clothes sparkling clean. The assembly is easy (may take two people), and the machine arrived well packaged. The only thing I would tell you to watch out for is the drain hose. Make sure you have the drain hose well positioned wherever you are allowing the water to drain. The hose may slip or pop up if you don't. I spent a good while mopping because I failed to do this. Otherwise, this was great purchase for me.

As explained above. I wish the hose and the electrical cable were longer.

Works great

Our regular sized washer broke and we opted for a smaller portable one and I am in love! I actually love doing smaller loads, I love the 10 settings for different washes and overall beyond satisfied with this purchase. So far, so good!

Was very sad and disappointed to get a portable washer damaged when I got it this is no way a customer should get a washer and than on top of that u have to pay for it to be sent back

The support rod has fallen off
