Read the manual
tun CollettelloCtelloCIt's a great tool and does exactly what I purchased it for! I would encourage purchasers to carefully read the manual that comes with it several people reported that the attachments that come with the device does not fit. You must completely unscrew the collet nut and remove it from the device then take the attachment and push the collet backward into the collet nut until you can insert the attachment into the collet then reinsert the collet and nut into the device hold down the shaft lock button and tighten it up it does fit well but you must first remove the collet from the device you can't simply unscrew it a bit and Slide the shaft in that doesn't work just read the manual look at the illustrations everything does fit well the collet that comes with the device is 1/8 which fits pretty much all of the Dremel brand attachments

I buy Dremel brand, because they always last many years. The Chinese knock offs only last months
I know there are cheaper tools than Dremel. But my Dremel tools always last for many years. The cheaper tools from China never last long. If you want something to keep for a long time stick with genuine Dremel. If you just want something cheap to get you through an immediate small job, the Chinese version will be okay, but in a year or two, you'll need to replace it.

Exactly as expected. No problems.
Only used it once, but did the job exactly as it should. Had a nice weight to it not heavier or too light.

Customer service was excellent. Our drill's motor stopped working, and since our purchase was inside the warranty coverage they replaced it immediately.
