Works with Yoto - see updated instructions
I followed the instructions from Logan & Jill Harmon but I could not get it to work.Logan's instructions work great if you want to copy a card but it cannot write new content to this new card. What I did was use the original Yoto MYO card to link to the content I wanted and then copy that MYO card into the blank card using the NXP app. Yes it's quite annoying to have to copy the link to the MYO card first before copying it to the blank card using the NXP app. A few more steps but it worked for me.

Rhey work with yoto but some caveats
If you want them to work with yoto first must send a command to make them act as 48bytes, by default are 128bytes, and then copy one make your own from yoto to this one. They are alright for the price point.

Works for Yoto with some hacks
Works with Yoto. As some other review has mentioned as well, first format the card using NFC tagwriter by NXP app, then write using NGC Tools Pro.

Couldn't get to work with Yoto
No matter what we did we couldn't get the cards to sync to the yoto player. It would read on our phones but once in the player it wouldn't play the content. We tried google, different apps, facebook groups, and the comments below and nothing worked. I was so hopeful. The price for theses are beautiful and would have been perfect. We sent it back but may try again in the future once we learn the ropes more. Could be new to Yoto user errors.

Patience is required, but these were perfect
The Yoto MYO cards are so expensive for me and my family. I found these cards were possible alternative on Reddit. So I ordered them not thinking much of it and to be honest at first I thought they didn’t work. However, I then learned that I was having problems following basic instructions and it was a user error not a card error. It does take some troubleshooting to get these to work and if you check in the reviews here and or on Reddit there are some clear instructions on how to set up these cards. Once you know how to do it it is so nice to only pay $.80 a card instead of three dollars a card. If you order these and it’s not working, I promise you it’s a user error do a little bit more research and keep at it because it can save you so much money if you our patient enough to figure it out. I personally am not very tech savvy, and that was my own issue. I was having issues navigating the third-party app I had to borrow, but I gave it to someone else who I taught them how to use it and they figured it out in two seconds. These cards are a little bit thinner so I worried about the durability and the texture was smoother so I did worry about how the stickers I print out would stick to them butso far everything has been fine and I’m excited to keep using these.

Not working with Yoto
Cards are easy to write with the NXP Tag Writer app. My phone can scan the card and find the Yoto track to play, but the Yoto player does not recognize that any card has been inserted. If you are getting this for the Yoto, beware. Some say they have gotten it to work. I have not been able to. Not sure if there is a difference in players, or if I have not done something that others did, but it may or may not work for you.If you are getting these cards for another application, they may work great. Writing them is very easy.

Works with my Yoto player
Works with my Yoto player. I got these to work with my Yoto player using the NFC Tag Writer app and the Pro version of the NFC tools app on my iPhone. Format the card using the first tool and write to the card using the second tool.
