Item arrived on time, I love the size & it’s reasonably priced for a dual sim unlocked phone. However, I noticed that the global time feature does not work & the battery drains fast, so it might be a good idea to include an extra battery in your purchase or hopefully the manufacturer will consider selling it w/ a spare battery.Calls kept going to voicemail instead of ringing. I returned the phone for replacement of the same. If the replacement has the same defects, then I will have to return it & look for another unlocked dual sim smartphone & change my rating.I’m hoping that it’s just the one I got that’s defective.Replacement arrived much earlier than originally stated. The global time on the replacement works this time, however, it still keeps on going to Voicemail. If I'm unable to make this ring w/ the help of IT support, this phone is going back again bec. it's important not to miss a call especially when it's important

This has to be the most awful phone I have purchased. I recommend do not buy this phone. First, went with T Mobile since said in descr phone is compatible w T Mobile. After hrs talking with TM tech support, barely any internet access, no hotspot..per TM phone is only partially compatible. Battery gets dangerously hot, have to keep turning off. Uses battery chg rapidly, no battery life. Chg port is at top of phone next to camera, other option buttons are not in usual places. Phone is a nightmare.

I'm honestly impressed with this little phone, It's lightweight ,stylish, and perfect fro basic use.The pink color is beatiful and really stand out.It handles calls,texts,social media and streaming without any issues.The dual SIM feature is super convenient for travel or keeping work and personal numbers separate.Face ID works surprisingly well .Battery life is pretty good and is an excellent idea to backup phone and for starter phone for kids.

Not good batter doesn’t last long. The quality is of the phone is VERY POOR. It very slow and doesn’t work very well.

The description does say cheap and I mean you get what you pay but it’s not that bad honestly it works great my child has been using it for a while now just with WiFi and it works fine charges fast
