I put this together in roughly an hour (power tools). For my first test run I did 6 sets going up to 2x45s + 2x35s + 2x25s. It handled the weight with ease. I suspect I could do atleast 6x45s without questioning longterm durability. The range of motion is better than most row machines I have used. The only machines I can recall having liked the feel and range better are hammer strength machines. This machines motion and weighted feel is much better than any cable machine most gyms have. It is very stable and very little wobble in the arms making it feel like a legitament piece of equiiptment. It also does not put a lot of pressure on your chest as some row machines do. I'm not sure most people would need to mount the handles facing upward (been broguht up in other reviews), I'm 6' and that would be a bad range of motion for me. If you are like 6' 3" or above, I could see going that route. The one knock I have, is that the seat and foot needed holes drilled to increase the height options. It does work for me as is, however, going 2" higher was more comfortable and my wife could not ideally use it without those additional adjustments. Not a big deal, it only takes a couple of minutes to mark and drill holes. Make sure to toss some primer on your newly drilled holes so they don't end up rusting, especially if your in a garage or humid/wet basement. I will also add grip tape to the rails on the bottom near the seat. Not enough to lower my rating as I'm completely happy to receive a machine I'm confident will hold up longterm and providing a range of motion and feel that allows me use this machine for power when I am to lazy to barbell row. I didn't want a machine that felt as if I could only do high reps, I wanted something I could really pull on providing a break from the compounds as I am getting older while still maintaining that strength and power. This does that for me.

This is surprisingly good quality and dare I say heavy duty. I like the movement a lot and the angle at which the arms/handles move feels like a premium machine. My one criticism is that it would have been very easy to add a couple more holes to make the seat higher. I had to take my step drill bit to it to do so. After that it has been perfect.

Overall, this seated row machine is a great pick! The Price is beautiful and It looks fantastic—matte black, beefy, and solidly built. The design feels premium, and it definitely adds a high-end look to my home gym.Functionally, it performs well, but there are a couple of drawbacks. The row positioning is a bit lower than I’d prefer, hitting around the upper hip rather than just under the chest. Adjusting the seat lower isn’t really an option because then the chest pad is uncomfortably high. Additionally, the weight pegs are slightly smaller than standard, so the plates wobble unless you use the included clips (which thankfully are provided).Despite these minor issues, it’s a great machine for the price. Sturdy, smooth, and overall a solid addition to any gym setup. Would recommend!

This is the best lat machine for the price on the market in my opinion. you can install the handles up or down basically anyway you desire them. The machine has smooth control action. It can be loaded up with some heavyweight. You will definitely get your moneys worth and this one. it comes in two boxes. I received one box on Friday and another on Monday. The second box was pretty beat up, but everything was still in the box.

I'm really impressed! First off, the delivery was super fast, which was a nice surprise. The quality is top-notch, it feels just like the ones in a commercial gym. The weight capacity is great, and the motion is really smooth. Every workout I can really feel my back muscles burning. Totally recommend it for anyone serious about their home gym setup
